Representaion In Favor Of Books Only Yours (Fool's Gold #5)

Montana Hendrix has found her calling—working with therapy dogs. With a career she loves in a hometown she adores, she's finally ready to look for her own happily ever after. Could one of her dogs help her find Mr. Right - or maybe Dr. Right? Surgeon Simon Bradley prefers the sterility of the hospital to the messiness of real life, especially when real life includes an accident-prone mutt and a woman whose kisses make him want what he knows he can't have. Scarred since childhood, he avoids emotional entanglement by moving from place to place to heal children who need his skillful touch. Can his growing feelings for Montana lead him to find a home in Fool's Gold, or will he walk away, taking her broken heart with him?

Criticism About Books Only Yours (Fool's Gold #5)
4 Stars

The ending is A+First half was rather blase but I likedthe ending. She didnt try to force him to change (one of my least favorite tropes). She had self-respect and dignity, looked after herself, and let him figure out his shit.

A two hankie, low level love story between a small town girl and a tortured hero. Simon is instantly attracted to the heroine who is way too mature, adult and understanding to be in a romance novel. When he pushes her away because he can't handle his feelings, yeah yeah I know, her spine stiffens, she cries then does NOT go out of her way to run into him again, talk bad about him to her sisters, have a revenge fling. It's almost unnatural.More drama from the H's burn patients than anything. Lots

Loved Simon & Montana's story

Montana Hendrix has finally found her dream job - working with therapy dogs. Working with them is everything she ever wanted, so when she looses control of one of the dogs, and the said dog runs into a hospital wreaking havoc, she doesn't need Dr. Simon Bradley yelling at her to feel bad. Simon has a good reason to be furious - a dog in a burn unit where a lot of patients can't be exposed to germs is bad. Granted, it was an accident, but still, the irresponsibility of it puts him on edge. If

**Teken from http://atastyread.blogspot.comAnother score for Susan Mallery and her Fool's Gold Series. Only Yours, the follow up to Only Mine, which will be out in stores at the end of the month, is a hit! Montana Hendrix, therapy dog trainer and one of the famous Hendrix triplets, sets her sights on the new burn specialist, Dr. Simon Bradley. Simon, who is as her sisters say "A sexy, scarred loner, can't stop himself from the overwhelming passion he feels when he sets his eyes on Montana, but

I badly need a reviewing break, but after writing about all the books in this series I wasnt that crazy about, it seems only fair to say at least a few words about the one I really did like. It was so good to see some real heat and passion in this story, and the balance between novel elements and romance elements was just right. I liked that the story had other things going on in it to support the romance: both Montana and Simon have meaningful, important careers that were interesting to read
