Castle Grey - A Katt and Mouse Mystery (Katt and Mouse Mystery #1)
As the number of deaths increase, the people of Monterey, California start demanding that the police find out what is going on and stop whoever is causing them to happen.
Katherine Katt, a beautiful FBI profiler, has been sent to help solve the crimes. However, she isn't without a past of her own; one that involves the deaths of her parents when she was but a child and the fact that she was the one who killed them.
Mickey (Mouse) James has problems of his own. Sent to Monterey to help with the case, he doesn't know whether he needs to focus on that or watch out for the mens who are trying to kill him.
There is a storm brewing and the center of it all is Castle Grey.

I don't mind the occasional typo, but early in the novel, I came across major language errors that should have been picked up during editing, e.g. "It destroyed there lives" and "The living room of her parent's home" (she definitely had two parents who lived together). In addition, parts of words or sentences were sometimes repeated. Such blatant errors always give me a bad feeling about a book. The story line itself isn't bad but the writing is mechanical and the dialogue doesn't sound natural.

Great story...lovely twists, and, turns IGreat story...lovely twists and turns...hard to lay the book down...Now going to read another just as great book written by L.C. WRIGHTThis was a pleasant surprise. A complex plot, believable and sympathetic characters, well-handled sexual tension, an intelligent twist on the serial killer trope and some dialogue so electric, you can see the sparks.Special Agent Katt and Mickey (Mouse) James are on the same side, at least when it comes to work. Trying to find the connection between apparently unconnected murders, they make progress and score points at a similar pace. Meanwhile, a very twisted individual is looking for lab

Not just a book I could not put down but a world that I became involved with. The plot was large in a natural way and much better than anything you could see on T.V. it was written so well the characters become alive in your heart and mind and you are able to see them. The characters unique with each being very much their own person; moves the story along in a perfected pace. Two agents coupled together in seeking and stopping a very clever serial killer; who alone scares you in the thought, oneI don't mind the occasional typo, but early in the novel, I came across major language errors that should have been picked up during editing, e.g. "It destroyed there lives" and "The living room of her parent's home" (she definitely had two parents who lived together).
