Explanation In Favor Of Books Танатонавты

I always love Werber's books, but this to me isn't his best. Yet, a marvelous craft of old and new, mythology and science.A great Werber that will captivate your imagination.
DNF That's it, I give up on this book...For the excitement and awesomeness I was expecting from a book about life after death, this is unbelievably boring. Everything is written so clinically, so devoid of enthusiasm. The author is merely reporting events and there is little attempt to fascinate the reader. Not to mention the depressing characters. The main character, Michael, is so passive and spiritless, I found it hard to keep reading the story through his eyes. You want to root for
Long, boring, with many pages of nothing.
I'd give this book about 3.5 if possible...First of all the topic is quite interesting and unusual. The author tries to investigate the death with the pretty scientific approach. This is something awesome about this book (but sometimes not :P )So, a group of people tries to find out what's behind the life, ..er after death. They start with NDE (near death experience) and proceed with deeper and deeper coma. Starting from here I really liked the idea of the map of the dead world. However, it's
I think this book is a book that I can call it as a real "science fiction." It is very scientific, so even though I know that this is a made-up story I was into the book and really believed what is going on while I am reading the book. This book is about the world after we die. Two main characters, Raul and Michael become Thanatonates, which is a compound word of thanatos, which means death, and nautes, which means adventurer. They begin working for that with criminals, and over a hundred people
