I first read this book as a child ...it has stuck with me ever since. Getting to experience a life from so long ago... quite spellbinding! I now own this book and consider it one of my most prized possessions.
This story makes me think of Jean Auel's series that began with Clan of the Cave Bear, in a very condensed volume geared for the nonadult reader and centered around a young male. It gives this younger audience a kinder but realistic glimpse into prerecorded history with exception of the cave drawings.
I first read this book as a child ...it has stuck with me ever since. Getting to experience a life from so long ago... quite spellbinding! I now own this book and consider it one of my most prized possessions.
