Weigh Up Regarding Books When Rain Falls (Victory Gospel #1)
Debut author Tyora Moody hit the ground running with When Rain Falls, the first book in the Victory Gospel Series, and left me wanting more. She created endearing characters- it was easy to care about what happened to them as the story progressed. We can all relate to Candace Johnson's feeling that God keeps taking the ones she loves, and to her desire to not stop until the mystery is solved. Detective Darnell Jackson wasn't perfect, which made me like him all the more. He was realistically

Dealing with being a widower and continuing her business as a beauty salon owner while meeting the challenges of raising two high school children with a daughter that is going through 'growing pains' has been something she did not expect to be doing alone. One night Candice is awaken by a phone call from her BFF, Pamela. Pamela is very relucntant with the conversation. When Candice ask her

No matter what success she finds, this seems to be true for the main character of WHEN RAIN FALLS. The book introduces us to Candace Johnson, a woman who has known
